  • Express | Arms, Abs, & Stretch

    Vogue! Quick full body workout to great music (including Madonna, Jamiroqui, and Bieber) with a focus on arms, abs, and a quick stretch.

  • Stretch +Tone

    This 30 minute class still tones and works up a sweat but with the focus more on the ACTIVE release of muscle groups throughout the body. For those craving a slower, less intense sculpt experience with the added benefit of increasing range of motion this is YOUR class. All levels. Enjoy!

  • Block Abs & Back

    An ab focused workout, optionally done on blocks, designed to help you truly find your core and improve your form. Followed by a pilates inspired back workout. Beginners may follow without blocks.

  • 30 Minute Express Sculpt + 15 Stretch

    A 30 minute, full body Bodhi Sculpt and Cardio class ending with a bonus 15 minute stretch segment. (Tools: Hand Weights, Sliders or small towels)

  • Sculpt Express

    A 17 minute, full body Bodhi Sculpt segment requiring hand weights and a mat.

  • CLX Bands for Arms (15 minutes)

    A shoulder and arm workout using a CLX band. (16 minutes) Available for purchase on Amazon. Green level suggested for intermediate.

  • Express Core (Bands optional)

    17 minute core workout (including abdominals, back, hips, and gluts) using a CLX or Theraband. (optional)
